This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Pattern Fold Agency processes refunds for its services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Project Initiation & Non-Refundable Fees

Once a website, software, or any development project has officially started, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. This is because our time, expertise, human resources, and operational costs are immediately invested into the project execution.

Under Indian contract law and standard service-industry practices, once a service has been initiated and resources have been allocated, the service provider is entitled to compensation for work performed, and the payment becomes non-refundable.

2. Advance Payment Policy

• Advance payment confirms project slot and team allocation
• Advance payment is strictly non-refundable once development has begun
• Client acknowledges that business time, planning, and execution begin immediately after payment

3. Pre-Project Cancellation

If a client cancels the project before development work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, and planning charges.

4. Delay or Change in Requirements

Delays caused by the client, requirement changes, or lack of communication do not qualify for any refund.

5. Force Majeure

Refunds will not apply in cases of events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or technical failures.

6. Legal Standing

This Refund Policy is governed by applicable laws of India. By proceeding with our services, the client agrees that this policy is fair, lawful, and binding.
