Pattern Fold Agency generally begins a project after receiving an initial 20% advance payment, unless a different payment structure has been mutually agreed upon in writing. The 20% advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
If the client requests cancellation before the project has started, the advance payment remains non-refundable. If Pattern Fold Agency itself is unable to undertake or deliver the agreed project due solely to the agency, the client may be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, subject to review.
Once development, design, marketing, software, AI, app development, or other project work has started, no refund will be provided if the client cancels.
Once the domain has been connected to the project, payment becomes 100% non-refundable. Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, licenses, and other external costs are also non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Once a website, application, software, SaaS platform, AI solution, automation system, or other digital product has been completed and/or delivered, no refund will be provided.
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions based on the agreed scope. Minor text, image, layout, and originally agreed requirement corrections are generally covered. New features, major redesigns, additional pages, functionality, integrations, or changes to approved requirements are additional work and may incur additional charges and time. Additional work does not qualify for a refund.
The client is responsible for required information, content, images, credentials, approvals, documents, access, and other materials. Client-side delays do not create a refund entitlement. Additional work or rescheduling caused by client delays or changes may incur additional charges.
Payments toward third-party services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, or committed. These may include domains, hosting, themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, cloud services, payment gateway charges, SMS/WhatsApp services, external integrations, advertising platforms, and other tools.
Payments for digital marketing, performance marketing, advertising management, SEO, social media marketing, creative services, or related services are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Amounts paid toward Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms are 100% non-refundable once paid or utilized, subject to platform policies.
Pattern Fold Agency provides performance-focused digital marketing and growth services. Where specific results or objectives have been contractually agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver according to the agreed scope. Business results can depend on market conditions, competition, pricing, product quality, customer behaviour, platform algorithms, advertising policies, and client-side operations. Payment for a service already provided is not refundable merely because the client later decides to discontinue it.
Refund requests may be rejected where a client provides false information, uses fraudulent payment methods, attempts unauthorized transactions, misuses services, or attempts to obtain services without legitimate payment. Pattern Fold Agency reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases involving fraud, financial misconduct, unauthorized transactions, identity misuse, or other unlawful activities.
Changes to project requirements after development or design work has started may require additional development, design, testing, resources, or time. Additional charges may apply and previously paid amounts will not be refunded.
If Pattern Fold Agency is unable to deliver a project due solely to the agency and the project cannot reasonably be completed or transferred, the client may be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the affected project, subject to the circumstances and agreed project terms.
If a refund is applicable, the client must submit a formal request by email to help@patternfoldagency.com with Client Name, registered Email/Mobile Number, Project Name, Payment Details, Date of Payment, Reason for Refund Request, and relevant supporting information.
Where a refund is approved, Pattern Fold Agency will generally process it within 5–7 working days from approval. The refund will normally be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, wherever technically possible. Actual crediting time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Once the client has approved the project, design, milestone, functionality, or final deliverable, or once the applicable service/product has been delivered, no refund will be provided for that approved or delivered portion of work.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Requests are evaluated according to this policy, the agreed project scope, payment terms, project status, completed work, client approvals, third-party expenses, and written agreements.
Pattern Fold Agency Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any updated version may be published with a revised Last Updated date.
