• Projects start only after advance payment confirmation
• Advance payment confirms resource allocation and project slot
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, requirements, approvals, and assets on time. Delays from the client side may impact project timelines.

5. Revisions & Scope

Revisions are allowed as per the agreed scope. Any additional work outside the scope will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise stated. Pattern Fold Agency retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pattern Fold Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, misuse is detected, or payments are not completed as agreed.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
